How to find a place for your internship or work experience.

If you want to serve an internship or do your work experience in the Czech Republic/place />, there are several possibilities for finding the right employer.

• Contact the employer directly - you could for example choose from the Czech Top 100 or find a company in your country that does business in the CzechRepublic/place />. In any case, it is necessary to submit your application to selected companies. Your application should include a CV, together with a list of persons to provide references, and an accompanying letter stating what you would like to learn.
  
• Contact IAESTE (The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience) in your country, if it has its branch there. IAESTE is an international, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization that associates young people regardless of their religion, race or sex. Its main activity is the organization of internship postings abroad. If necessary, you can try to get in touch with IAESTE CR and seek help in arranging your internship.
  
  IAESTE was founded in 1948 inLondon and the former Czechoslovakia/place /> was one of the founding countries. The main objective of IAESTE CR is to promote the improvement of the professional and language knowledge of students and graduates.

• Contact AIESEC in your country, if it operates there – AIESEC is an international student organization that is active at approximately 750 colleges and universities of economics in more than 83 countries. The idea behind its foundation was the education of young people and its main scope of activity is the arrangement of internship postings abroad. Students may do their work experience in any country where AIESEC is active, and it is always down to the specific requirements of the company and the student’s expectations of their work experience.
  
  As AIESEC also operates in the CzechRepublic/place />, it is possible to apply for the arrangement of an internship in this country directly, or at your local AIESEC office.

• Contact the National Fund of Education in the Czech Republic – the National Fund of Education, o.p.s., (NFE) was founded in 1994 by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic with the support of the European Commission. The NFE's mission is primarily the promotion of the competitiveness of Czech companies and the increase of employment through the improvement of the qualification of labor and the development of life-long education.
