Our study programs are also licensed in the United States by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), America's leading authority in academic certification pertaining to the hospitality industry and hotel management. This official recognition, well known at the international level, reflects the high quality of the instruction given at AIM, and allows graduates' easy entry into prestigious, top-level managerial positions worldwide.

 Language of Instruction:

AIM conducts its classes in English in order to allow students to benefit from the exceptionally vast quantity of bibliographic materials pertaining to management, all of which are written in English. Familiarity and use of the necessary technical vocabulary and terminology are indispensable assets in the field of international management. AIM offers intensive courses in oral and written English. Results are measured throughout the course by means of the TOEFL exam - administered up to four times throughout the course.

Courses
AIM's Bachelor and Master of Science & MBA programs are the first of their kind in France as well as in continental Europe. These US Licensed post-baccalaureate, Anglo-American degree programs, supervised also by the French Ministry of Higher Education, are the equivalent of BS and MS earned in the United States or in the UK.

The programs are enriched by the most up-to-date teaching materials, including textbooks, manuals, software, and video tapes, offering an in-depth approach to the principles of management, specific to the hospitality industry.
Students, during their studies, participate in professional summer internships the world over. The school's close collaboration with leading international hotel chains and other world-class establishments provides a highly effective means for preparing them for entry into active professional life.

Bachelor of Science (BS)
A Post-Baccalaureate: Anglo-American program of study, leading to the second year of AIM's MBA.
Duration - 3 years, as in USA, for holders of a French baccalauréat or equivalent.
Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree allows graduates to enter the professional arena just as quickly as obtaining specialized degrees in marketing, finance or human resources.

 Master of Science (MS):

The first AHLA licensed post-graduate Hospitality Program in France.
Duration of program: 2 years.
The study program consists of intensive, specialized course work, covering a wide spectrum of subjects concerning the day-to-day operations in tourism and international hospitality management of hotel, lodging and restaurant management.

Academic Management Studies
1 year (2 Semesters) - For those seeking career change opportunities, a refresher course, or an individualized continuing education program, the AMS Program offers a one-year curriculum leading to AHLA's Certificates in International Hotel Management.

Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Business (MBA) beginning in 2010
Duration of program - 2 years.
This AIM MBA in hospitality management offers a two year unique and highly focused program that provides you the knowledge directly from:
- The business world,
- The board room,
- The negotiating table, and
- The executive offices from those who practice.

 Student Status:

AIM students are entitled to the same privileges accorded to French public university students in the framework of the French system of higher education, including social security/health coverage and access to student housing, recreation and restaurant facilities.
