French Culinary School is located in a beautiful resort in Cap d’Agde,
a famous Mediterranean seaside town in the well-known region of
Languedoc-Roussillon, between Montpellier & Perpignan, about 120 km
from the Spanish border, and close to the most productive wine region
in the world.
Culinary Arts: We offer cooking and pastry hands-on classes in English,
French Wine and European Wine lessons, Food and Beverage Service
courses, practical work experience (internships), and French language
courses. We are not only a French culinary institute, but also a school
where you can learn French Culture, the French language and professional vocabulary. You will receive a French Gourmet Certificate or Diploma upon full completion of your program.
1 Month Courses: We offer 3 different called Gourmet programs for 4
weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery
or wine tasting classes and visits to wine cellars. All the weekends
are free: 1 - French cooking + intensive French; 2 - French Pastry and
sugar decoration + intensive French; 3 French Wines + Intensive French.
3 Month Courses: We offer 4 different Gastronomic programs for 12 weeks
with 30 hours of lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery classes
or wine tasting, visits to wine cellars and 3 organised professional
and touristic excursions (2 in France and 1 in Spain). All the weekends
are free and you have 1 week holidays to visit France.

4 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French
All of the courses listed above give you the option of completing a four month internship with a luxury hotel or restaurant.

Courses:1 Month Courses
We offer 3 different Gourmet programs of 4 weeks duration:
1. Intensive French and French Cooking
2. Intensive French and Pastry and Sugar Decoration
3. Intensive French and French Wines.
All of
these programs have 30 hours of lessons per week. These include
"hands-on" cookery or wine tasting classes and visits to wine cellars.
All the week-ends are free giving you the chance to experience the
local lifestyle and culture.
3 Month Courses
We
offer 4 different Gastronomic programs for 12 weeks with 30 hours of
lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery classes or wine tasting,
visits to wine cellars All the weekends are free and you have 1 week
holidays to visit France in the middle of the 3 months, during that
week e offer th accomoation.

4 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French
You
also have the option of completing a 4 month training course
(internship) in any of the courses listed above in a luxury Hotel
restaurant in France.
Culinary InternshipsFor
students holding a student visa (students from Europe do not require a
visa), the school provides an internship in a luxury hotel/restaurant
or restaurant in France. During the internship, the student will
receive an indemnity of approx. 400 Euro per month, plus full board and
accommodation. We have relations with leading international hotels,
Relais-Châteaux (a collection of the most beautiful restaurants and
hotels around the world), and 4-Star establishments with gourmet
restaurants. Interns receive a Diploma upon full completion of the
study program and a Certificate of Internship indicating the name of
the hotel / restaurant and the dates of training.

Belgium, Germany, Norway, Spain, Mexico, Venezuela, Nepal, South
Africa, Kenya, Tunisia, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan and many other
countries.
You may perhaps be:
- a Hospitality or Gastronomy
Professional or Chef, and you want to improve your knowledge in modern
French cooking, pastry or wines.
- a Head Waiter or Maitre "D" and you also want to be Sommelier and or train for a specific job.

knowledge of fine dining, French cooking, pastry or wines, and learn
French at the same time.

same time to enjoy visiting the south of France.

Entry Requirements
You
are between 18 and 60 years old, and very motivated by food and
beverage and Gastronomy. You want also to learn French language or
improve your French language. European students don’t need any visa.
For non-native speakers of English: Your level of English is minimum
600 points in TOEIC or 550 points in TOEFL.
