The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) represents the German universities abroad. The Baku Information Center coordinates DAAD activities in Azerbaijan. In addition, to the administration of DAAD scholarship applications, we have joint programs together with the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, OSI, SOCAR and the ERP.
